Every ENRG meeting follows a proven EOS format designed to keep things focused and productive. You don't need to be running on EOS to get tremendous value — just bring one thing you're working through.
The IDS portion — Issue. Discuss. Solve. — is the heart of every meeting. It's where the real work happens: honest problem-solving with peers who've been in the trenches just like you.
