Running a business is one of the lonelier things you can do.
Everyone around you sees the results. Nobody sees the decisions. That's what ENRG Frisco is here for.

This Is Not a Networking Event
Nobody is here to work the room or hand out business cards. ENRG — the Entrepreneurial Networking Resource Group — is a national nonprofit that brings entrepreneurs and business operators together once a month to work through real problems.
Think of it as a monthly mini-conference that actually fits in your afternoon. The relationships are a byproduct of doing good work together in the room — not the goal themselves.
What to Expect
90 Minutes. Real Talk. Real Results.
Every ENRG meeting follows a proven EOS format designed to keep things focused and productive. You don't need to be running on EOS to get tremendous value — just bring one thing you're working through.
The IDS portion — Issue. Discuss. Solve. — is the heart of every meeting. It's where the real work happens: honest problem-solving with peers who've been in the trenches just like you.
Who Shows Up to ENRG
ENRG attracts the kind of people who are building something real and aren't afraid to be honest about what's hard. If any of these sound like you, you belong in the room.
Business Owners & Founders
Companies ranging from 1 to 250 employees. You're leading the charge and sometimes need a sounding board who gets it.
Integrators & Ops Leaders
The people who make businesses actually run. Your challenges are unique and your perspective is invaluable to the group.
EOS-Curious Operators
You don't need to already be on EOS. If you're building something and want to be around people who get it, you're welcome here.
Why It Matters
The Decisions Nobody Sees
When you're running a business, the hard part isn't the work itself — it's making the calls with incomplete information, managing the weight of decisions that affect your people, your family, your future. Everyone sees the outcomes. Nobody sees what it took to get there.
ENRG exists to change that. It gives you a room full of people who understand the weight of those decisions — because they're carrying their own. That shared honesty is rare. And it changes things.
Why ENRG Is Different

About ENRG
A National Nonprofit. A Local Community.
ENRG — the Entrepreneurial Networking Resource Group — is a national nonprofit operating chapters across the country. Each chapter is a local peer group, grounded in real relationships and real problem-solving. The Frisco chapter is brand new, and you could be a founding member.
National Infrastructure
Backed by a proven national nonprofit framework with chapters across the U.S., giving you access to a broader community of entrepreneurs.
Local at Heart
Every chapter is its own tight-knit group. This is your Frisco community — people you'll see around town, built on trust and shared experience.
Free. Always.
ENRG operates as a nonprofit because access to peer support shouldn't have a price tag. Every meeting, forever, is free to attend.
"I'd love to have you in the room. You'd fit right in — and honestly, your perspective would make the conversation better."
The first meeting is the beginning of something. The founding members of the Frisco chapter will shape what this group becomes — the culture, the conversations, the trust. If you've ever wished for a room full of people who just get it, this is that room.
Spread the Word
Know a Founder or Operator in DFW Who Needs This?
If you know someone who's building something — a founder, an operator, an integrator — and you think they'd benefit from being in this room, send this their way. The best thing you can do for a fellow entrepreneur is connect them to people who understand the journey.
